Is this a campaign management service?

No. DESIRO Pay Later is a billing and invoicing facility, not a campaign management service. You retain full control of your Google Ads account and campaigns. DESIRO's role is to provide the invoicing infrastructure, issue UAE VAT-compliant tax invoices, and manage the billing relationship.

Who manages the Google Ads campaigns?

You do. The client is entirely responsible for campaign creation, strategy, optimisation, targeting, and performance. What is the minimum monthly budget to qualify?

The minimum qualifying monthly Google Ads budget is AED 25,000. Businesses with a lower budget are not eligible for this facility. Please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.

Is this available to businesses outside the UAE?

No. DESIRO Pay Later is exclusively available to businesses holding a valid UAE Trade License. Businesses registered outside the UAE, including GCC neighbours, UK, Pakistan, Malaysia, and other markets, are not eligible for this specific product. Does my business need to be VAT-registered?

No, VAT registration is not a requirement to apply. However, if your business is VAT-registered, our invoices will include your TRN and can be used for input tax recovery through your FTA filing. If you are not VAT-registered, the invoice will still include 5% UAE VAT which is our obligation as the billing entity.

What is DESIRO's agency fee?

DESIRO charges a 10% agency fee on total monthly Google Ads spend for accounts with a monthly budget below AED 25,000, and 5% for accounts at or above AED 25,000/month. All fees are exclusive of 5% UAE VAT, which is applied on top.

When does the monthly invoice get issued?

Invoices are issued within 5 business days of the calendar month end. The invoice covers all Google Ads spend incurred during that month plus the applicable DESIRO agency fee plus 5% UAE VAT. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

What payment methods are accepted?

DESIRO accepts UAE bank transfers (AED), international wire transfers (USD/GBP/EUR), and cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC via verified business wallets). All payments must originate from a bank account registered in the name of the contracting business entity.

Does DESIRO guarantee advertising performance or results?

No. DESIRO provides a billing and invoicing facility only. We do not guarantee any advertising outcomes including ROAS, CPA, conversions, impressions, clicks, or revenue. All performance responsibility rests with the client who manages their own campaigns.

What happens if a payment is not made on time?

Late payments result in campaign suspension and may lead to legal recovery proceedings and account termination. Please refer to the payment terms in your service agreement for full details on late payment consequences.

Can my account be suspended?

Yes. If an invoice remains unpaid beyond the agreed payment period, DESIRO reserves the right to suspend access to the invoicing facility and initiate recovery proceedings. Account reinstatement requires full settlement of all outstanding amounts plus an AED 1,500 + VAT reinstatement fee.

Is there a minimum contract period?

Yes. The minimum initial commitment is three calendar months. After the initial term, the arrangement continues on a rolling monthly basis with 30-day written notice required for termination.

Account Suspension & Reinstatement Policy

If an invoice remains unpaid beyond the agreed payment period, DESIRO reserves the right to:

Suspend access to the invoicing facility immediately
Initiate formal legal and/or debt recovery proceedings
Report the outstanding amount to credit reference services
Refuse future service until all outstanding balances are fully cleared

Account Reinstatement Fee: AED 1,500 + 5% VAT = AED 1,575
Payable in full alongside all outstanding invoices before the facility can be restored.

Client Responsibilities

What We Expect from You

DESIRO provides billing infrastructure. Everything related to your Google Ads campaigns — strategy, setup, optimisation, targeting, and compliance — is your responsibility. Please review the obligations below carefully before applying.

Campaign management is entirely the client's responsibility. DESIRO does not manage, advise on, or optimise Google Ads campaigns under this product.

Manage all Google Ads campaigns independently — DESIRO does not manage, advise on, or optimise campaigns.

Provide accurate business documentation (Trade License, VAT certificate) at onboarding and upon annual renewal.

Ensure invoices are acknowledged within 5 business days of issue and settled within 30 days.

Notify DESIRO at least 10 business days in advance of any planned budget changes exceeding 30%.

Ensure all advertising content, landing pages, and campaigns comply with Google Ads policies at all times.

Maintain a valid, reachable WhatsApp number and business email for billing and administrative communication.

Not grant third-party access to DESIRO billing systems or share service agreement details without written consent.

Conversion Rates

Account Immunity

Google may enforce policy actions on any account. DESIRO does not represent clients in Google policy disputes under this product.
